Running a team order without the headache
Forty letters, thirty-one names, one deadline. How to collect the details once and not chase them twice.

The single biggest delay on a team order is not production — it is waiting on the roster. Collect names, sizes and spellings in one sheet before you place anything.
Lock the colours first. Pick the chenille, trim and both felt layers once, and apply them to the whole order. Mixed combinations inside a single team run are the fastest way to a reorder.
Send us the sheet and we will price the whole run against the bulk tiers, so you can see exactly where the next price break sits. Quite often adding four letters costs less than the twelve you already have.
Then approve one proof. We stitch the full run against that approved artwork and ship it together.
