We started in a back room in New Jersey with one machine and a handful of local high schools. Nearly three decades later the machines have multiplied, but the letters are still cut, layered and chain-stitched the same way.
The award, not the merchandise
A varsity letter is not really a product. It is the physical proof that somebody showed up to every practice, learned every part, ran every drill. Our whole job is to make an object worthy of that.
So we cut felt rather than print it. We chain-stitch through every layer in one pass so the patch stays flat for decades. And we send a proof before we start, because a misspelled name is a heartbreak we can prevent for free.
We have never taken a minimum order. One letter for one jacket gets the same proof, the same yarn and the same pair of hands as an order of four hundred for a district.

Every patch is cut, layered and chain-stitched in our New Jersey shop. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is made offshore.
One letter is a real order
No minimums, ever. A single letter for one jacket gets the same proof and the same care as a run of four hundred.
Nothing stitched without a proof
You see the artwork and approve it before we start. It is the cheapest possible moment to catch a misspelled name.
A person answers the phone
Between 9 and 5 Eastern you get someone who has actually made these, not a ticket number.
